Ingredients:

  • 1 thyme branch
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • 1 chicken escalope
  • Mustard
  • 1 small minced courgette
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation :

  1. Put the thyme branch and laurel leaf in the steamer.
  2. Cut the chicken escalope in slivers, then add salt and pepper.
  3. Slather all sides of the escalope with mustard.
  4. Mince the courgette.
  5. Spread the courgette pieces all over the chicken pieces in the pan, then add salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave (650 W).

Ingredients :

  • 1 cod fillet
  • 1 courgette slices
  • 1 pink grapefruit slices
  • 2 orange slices
  • ½ lemon, salt, pepper, ½ teaspoon milled ginger

Preparation :

  1. Put the cod fillet in the steamer.
  2. Put the courgette slices on top of it, then the fruit slices. Make sure to alternate between orange and grapefruit.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour some lemon juice and sprinkle the milled ginger.
  5. Close the steamer and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave (650 W).

  • Raspberries

Preparation :

  1. Prepare a salad fruit.
  2. Place the mixed fruits in the steamer.
  3. Add one teaspoon of honey.
  4. Spread two fresh mint leaves on top
  5. Pour some lemon juice.

Cook for 1 minute in the microwave and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

  • 1 lemon quarter
  • Tarragon

Preparation :

  1. Put one minced leek (white part only) in the steamer.
  2. Add the salmon, tarragon and the lemon quarters.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour some lemon juice and sprinkle the milled ginger.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.
